Decisions before commitment
Confirm load and use context, frame, foam, upholstery performance, cleanability, glides, colour variation and approval samples. These inputs become the approval register used to control quotation, samples, production release and later changes.

Delivery and responsibility boundary
Protective packing, stacking limits, replacement parts and receiving inspection are agreed before shipment; compliance remains product and destination specific. The signed offer identifies what Zoon coordinates and what remains with the importer, carrier, site team or appointed installer.
