Decisions before commitment
Freeze the BOQ hierarchy, alternates, responsibility matrix, shop-drawing gates, samples and change procedure before orders become fragmented. These inputs become the approval register used to control quotation, samples, production release and later changes.

Delivery and responsibility boundary
Procurement status and delivery status are tracked separately so a factory completion date is never presented as a site handover date. The signed offer identifies what Zoon coordinates and what remains with the importer, carrier, site team or appointed installer.
