Agree approved drawings, control samples, tolerances, inspection stages, non-conformance handling and who can authorise a deviation. These inputs become the approval register used to control quotation, samples, production release and later changes.

Delivery and responsibility boundary
Pre-dispatch records reduce uncertainty but do not replace the receiving inspection, transport claim process or contracted installation checks. The signed offer identifies what Zoon coordinates and what remains with the importer, carrier, site team or appointed installer.
